I was really worried about going away with her as she is now in a 'big girl bed' and I didn't know what we were going to do with sleep arrangements as she has outgrown her pack and play. We bought this and it was wonderful. My husband blew it up and I put the same bedding that she uses at home on the mattress. She immediately went and lay down on it and said, 'Look at my new bed!'. We had a 4 night stay in a condo, and we did have to fill it up a couple of times but the pump works really well and it's very quick. I also really liked the fact that you could tuck in the sheets and the blanket, it made it feel like a real little bed.I recommend this bed for any vacation short or long. At home she still sleeps in a crib, she's way too big for the pack-n-play and forget about having her sleep in the bed with us! This bed appeared to be the ticket! It's the perfect size and her crib sheets fit on the matress perfectly. The only negative is the "side rails" are not going to keep your kid on the matress. The first night I found my daughter halfway on the floor, she was falling off from the top of the matress. Seems she was "chasing" the pillow that kept creeping up and off the matress. To solve this problem we wedged the matress between the two queen beds with the top against the night stand. Problem solved and no more falling out of bed. It does need to be said that the matress is only a few inches off the ground and "Falling" out of the bed is not going to hurt. My only advise is when you set it up, put it in a corner.I had no problems with the matress holding air. We pumped it up the first...
