Set-up was easy 10-20 mins... Cons when we first tried to take it apart for travel we realized that not all the parts fit in the carry case... The bassinet insert and changing pad do not fit in the carrying case. and the metal tubes bend fairly easily so you wouldn't want to just throw them in the back of the car... The wipes can get dried out pretty quickly and the container doesn't hold many wipes but I appreciated having everything at my finger tips (like diaper cream) when it was time to change. The diaper stacker didn't stay attached. The pad is a little thicker than some on the market so seems more comfortable. The unit is a little heavier than some of the cheaper models making it harder to set-up and tear down. I never took mine with me (we had another brand that was not as nice but more compact and easier to take for travelling) so I wasn't concerned about the set-up time or the pieces not fitting in the travel bag. I didn't really use the hood or the music/light box. Whenever I did try to use the music/light box, my daughter would try to take it off and play with it...it was more of a distraction than anything else. Our son is only ten weeks old and we have used it in so many ways. In the living room to have the infant right next to us, at the office, at the babysitters and on our first road trip. It's our portable, all in one baby station!True, the changing attachment and bassinet do not fit in the carrying case. As other reviewers, we are also annoyed by that. Com'on Graco, you could have thrown in a second travel case! But, we love this compact little unit enough to still give it five stars! |
