1.0 out of 5 stars NOT SAFE!!!, December 8, 2010
This review is from: Cosco Funsport Play Yard, Fruity Jungle (Baby Product)
I believe this is the same play yard we purchased from WalMart, just a different pattern. We purchased the Jungle Harmony pattern, which can be seen at walmart.com.

I purchased this for my 10-month old son to replace what we had used for our daughter. At first, it met my expectations exactly. However, thankfully we have a video monitor that my husband was able to watch my son playing in this play yard. My son had maneuvered his way underneath the floor pad, up to his neck. Because the bottom is simply a piece of cloth, he could not get a grip to crawl back on top of the floor pad. He was not in distress or upset, but also was not that way for even a minute before my husband saw him & pulled him out. This does have velcro straps to hold the floor pad down, but on one side the strap is not at the edge of the play yard (which is what keeps him from being able to do this on our old pack & play). I would not recommend this to anyone as I see it as a huge safety concern!

2.0 out of 5 stars Not Very Safe, January 26, 2011
The Cosco Fruity Jungle Play Yard does not have ample padding in the bottom play area to protect babies from head injuries when they fall backward. This is the third Cosco produce that I have bought or have been given for my grandson and ALL were returned for basically the same reason. This product line is less expensive than most others , which is probably why people buy it. But it is not provide piece of mind that it is safe. When my grandson fell backwards in the play yard and his head made a sound that echoed throughout the room, I knew that this was not something that I would be keeping.

He is only five months old but is very active, pulling himself up by holding on to the rails of his crib and trying to stand up in the play yard. I am looking for one that has more padding and that I feel is safer in guarding against head and other injuries.

If you are looking for a play yard.......do not buy this one.
