Benefits of the Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper System
With the Mini Co-Sleeper Bassinet, adults can sleep comfortably with baby only an arm's length away. This allows new mothers to breast feed during the night without getting up. It also lets parents more easily comfort and reassure a restless child during the night. Sleeping near their infant allows parents increased bonding time during the early stages of baby's development. As an added benefit, using a Co-Sleeper system allows the new mother additional time to rest and recover by letting her care for baby from the comfort of her own bed.

The Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper system is recommended by leading pediatricians and sleep research experts Dr. James J. McKenna Ph. D and Dr. William Sears as a way for parents to connect with their infants. With the Co-Sleeper Bassinet, you can say good-bye to those middle-of-the-night walks to baby's room for feeding. The bassinet is designed to let you simply turn over toward your baby without having to get up.

Practical Design
The easy-to-assemble Co-Sleeper Bassinet attaches securely under the top mattress of an adult bed and can support up to 23-pounds in the co-sleeping position, making it sturdy and reliable. It's designed to work with any bed that has a height of 24 inches, regardless of size. A separate leg extension kit can be used to adjust the height, making this bassinet compatible with a wide range of contemporary beds.

The Mini Co-Sleeper Bassinet features a streamlined size of 34x20x31-inches (HxDxW) that fits comfortably in smaller bedrooms. Wheels on one end make moving this bassinet around your home easy, and at just 24 pounds including the case, its incredibly portable. You'll value the ability to take your Mini Co-Sleeper Bassinet with you on your next family trip.

Also, the sleeper includes four side pockets and a large storage space under the mattress with a secure zipper closure provide plenty of easily accessed storage.

4.0 out of 5 stars So Nice During Those First Few Months!, January 4, 2008

This review is from: Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper Bassinet - Natural (Baby Product)
We just retired our co-sleeper after 7 months of use with our first baby. I wanted to write a review because when I was pregnant and as a new mom it was so hard to decide if it would be worth the money.

We found the co-sleeper to be a life... rather, sleep-saver, for the first few months. It made exclusively breastfeeding soooo much easier because I didn't even have to get out of bed. I could breastfeed in a semi-awake state and then fall back asleep easily (priceless when you are waking up every 2 hours). We also had our changing table at the foot of our bed so I went back to sleep after feeding and my hubbie took his turn to change the diaper and lay our little one back down without having to make a trek to the nursery.

As new parents, we naturally felt anxious about leaving our baby alone for even a second. We slept with a night light on so we could look over and actually see her whenever we wanted. We didn't lose any sleep worrying if she was ok... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent breastfeeding aide and product, June 5, 2008
This review is from: Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper Bassinet - Natural (Baby Product)
I used this product for about 7 months with my second daughter, and I have to say that I liked it so much that I am only sorry that I didn't have it around for my first.

For my first daughter, we slept her in a graco portable crib/playpen with the bassinet insert next to the bed. It was fine, but it was huge - we had to rearrange our room to make it fit next to the bed, and when I got her to nurse at night, I had to get up and get her in and out. Being an anxious first-time mother, I was also constantly sitting up to check on her whenever I awoke to her movements in the night.

The mini cosleeper fit easily right next to my bed and attached tightly and safely to it with the included bedplate and strap (attaches to the cosleeper and runs under the mattress and pulls firmly against the far side with a plastic plate). I could see her while I was lying down, which was great, and when she woke up, I was able to just bring her to me and lay her back down without... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy on Baby and on the Eyes, July 14, 2007
This review is from: Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper Bassinet - Natural (Baby Product)
I used this co-sleeper for both of my sons and it held up beautifully - so well, in fact that our friends' newborn girl is now having a go! As said by the other reviewers, it is very easy to pop up, attach and fold away. It is also the best set-up for night feedings and attachment-sleeping. All three babies have enjoyed sleeping in it, and the beauty of the natural style is that it goes with just about any adult decor (no trying to coordinate your duvet to teddy bears and rainbows) without being uncuddly and is completely ungendered. The various pockets and cubbies are perfect for keeping diapering supplies handy and hidden. As for being cumbersome in the bedroom, I found that it helps to put it as close to the head of the bed as possible (if you can, do without a nightstand for the duration) and then your legs are clear for getting in and out. Also, it makes looking over at each other that much easier.
